Return and Exchange

We accept returns and exchanges for all made-to-order items in our collection, with the exception of customised jewelry. Returned items must be in unworn and unused condition, accompanied by all original paperwork, including certificates if applicable, and returned within 7 days of receiving them. All pieces will be inspected upon return, and refunds will be issued accordingly. After 7 days, all sales are final. Custom orders, including deposits and invoices for customised pieces, are non-refundable.

As our designs are handcrafted to order, returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which covers the labor required to refurbish the item. If the returned item shows signs of wear and requires additional cleaning or repair, a higher restocking fee may be charged, or the refund may be voided and the piece returned to you.

If you wish to exchange your jewelry, the full value of the original piece can be applied to a new item of equal or greater value. Exchanges are only valid within 7 days of receipt and are limited to one exchange per piece. Any remaining credit will be issued as store credit. Returned items must be unworn and unused and will be subject to inspection.

 Please notify us before returning any jewelry to ensure its safe arrival. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs, and we strongly recommend insuring your package or using a reliable courier service such as FedEx or UPS, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

For any manufacturing problems that arise within 1 year from the date of the item being received, we will make repairs free of charge, but this excludes wear and tear and damage caused by mishandling of the jewelry. Any damage to gemstones caused by the craftsman is only refundable, subject to our discretion.

ADDITIONAL RETURN POLICY AND RE-SIZING

The current timeline for resizing requests is approximately 1-2 weeks from the time we receive your ring, depending on the complexity of the resizing. This is applicable for international orders as well.
