Flip The Wheel of Fortune

In the early chapters of human civilization, rings held a significance beyond mere adornments; they functioned as seals. Four thousand years ago, the ancient Egyptians employed rings as seals, with the scarab beetle, embodying the sun god and symbolizing rebirth, standing as one of their most revered talismans.

The artisans of ancient Egypt conceived the notion of embedding scarab beetles in rings, positioning them with their backs outward during regular wear to act as protectors. When necessary, the engraved underside could be flipped out, and, with the aid of the ring’s band, utilized to imprint seals.

Being captivated by Mysticism and Tarot, I embraced this flipping concept imbued with the symbolism of the Wheel of Fortune. Understanding that the chrysoberyl-guarded diamond could pivot in every aspect for me.
