The creation of Ostara Jewelry stems from several significant experiences and inspirations in my life. My mother, a passionate jewelry lover, introduced me to the beauty and meaning of gemstones and jewelry from a young age through her collection of jade and other precious pieces. Additionally, having pursued art education since childhood—graduating from a fine arts high school and later majoring in design at an art university—I have always been immersed in the world of art and design. However, I came to deeply resonate with the words of Kenya Hara, who said that all designs ultimately face the fate of being discarded. This realization led me to contemplate how to create works that could avoid such a destiny, and jewelry, as a form of art that can be cherished for a lifetime, naturally became my choice.
